Yannick Rieu: "I" Is Memory
Saxophonist and composer Yannick Rieu is coming back on Effendi with a new intimate project in duo and trio, playing for the first time a soprano sax on a CD. On this album, we can hear Yannick with the great pianist François Bourassa and drummer Philippe Soirat on 2 songs in "Old Sound" version. Like a painter, he suggests lines and colors on multi layered music.
